TROGA: A new form of YOGA

Developed by two Australians, Ben Lucas and Kate Kendall

Troga combines yoga and TRX - a form of resistance training using ropes and webbing as props. These suspension ropes are attached firmly to the ceilings and you perform strength training exercises using your own body weight as the base. Resistance training in itself is strenuous. When you combine it with yoga, it can turn out to be the best form of workout.

Troga has become one of the most popular forms of workout and has got an amazing number of practitioners in the West.

It is one of the many spinoffs of the yoga forms, which includes bike asana, spin yoga session and striking yoga poses on the treadmill.

Troga exerts full pressure on your abdominals, but doesn't affect your joints.

ADVANTAGE:

  • The main advantage of Troga is that you are supported by ropes. So, you can perform the most difficult of resistance training, including tricep curls, without the fear of hurting yourself. You also feel free to stretch harder when you move on to traditional yogasanas.

BEST FOR:

  • This is a great form of exercise for those who are in sports. Even beginners can benefit from it.

Easy Skin Care For Men......Get Healthy and Glowing Skin for Lasting Impression

Contrary to the well liked conviction, skin care is not just for women! A man’s skin needs care and nourishment just as much as a women does. While it's not the most important thing in the world, healthy glowing skin helps your self-confidence and lets other people know that you can take care of yourself.

Before you start with a skincare routine, you’d need to find out your skin kind: oily, normal/combination, dry, perceptive or sun- impaired. And once you’ve figured that out, you might desire to understand what products to choose, how to use them and furthermore how to double-check they don’t smell too floral/feminine.

Here are a couple of tips that will help you look your very best and of course make a lasting impression:

1.  Block the sun’s rays when feasible. Take defensive measures in terms of the sun’s radiation. The best way of sun protection is always to physically block the sun’s rays with to select from, sunglasses and protective clothing. You've probably heard it plenty of times before, but prevention is easier than the cure. Wear sunscreen, a hat, sensible clothes now, to avoid poor skin when you're older.

2. Wash your face and body every day. Wash your face once when you wake up and once at night before you go to bed. Use a gentle soap that's different from the bar soap you use in the shower (they're too harsh for your face). Wash your body at least once a day.  Purchasing a good experience wash can prevent skin tone problems with regard to men.

3. Use sunscreen. Seems like simple, but this task is however often disregarded. The ideal thing a man can do for his or her skin long-term can be wear a regular broad-spectrum sunscreen. The sun, more than whatever else, does by far the most damage for the skin with time, so using an SPF daily is the simplest way to ensure a long time of balanced and younger skin.

4. Use acne medication. This applies for any guy who gets blemishes, severe or no, who wants them gone. A lot of people have found success in products that have salicylic acid and/or benzoyl peroxide. A good routine is using a good soap that has at least two percent salicylic acid and then a topical lotion like Oxy 10 that has five to ten percent benzoyl peroxide. Start by using it just in the morning and work up to twice a day on your face, shoulders, back, and wherever else you tend to break out.

5. Use toner. Toner isn't just for women any more; find one who is made for men.Using some sort of toner on the face will set your skin tone and additionally, it may reduce how big is your microscopic holes, do this every single day and skin will begin to look more healthy.

6. Exfoliate. At least once a week, lather up a loofah or scrub and slough off the dead skin cells to reveal smoother, softer skin. For your body, every other day exfoliation is doable. For your face, try to keep exfoliation to two times at the most. Make sure you moisturize after you exfoliate.

7. Moisturize. When looking for a face moisturizer, make sure it says non comedogenic somewhere on the package or bottle. This means it will not block your pores and cause break outs. For skin you are not worried about getting blemishes on, regular lotion is fine. For knees and elbows, body butter is preferred.

8. To shave or not to cut off. Hair growth in men is fairly normal. There’s no need to shave too often. But when you do, double-check to choose a good razor and a shave gel or cream that yields a close shave, kills bacteria, softens follicles and leaves the skin feeling glossy. Stop using any shaving products that comprise alcohol content and parabens as they tend to snatch off the the natural oils from the skin leaving it dry and sick.

9. Eat balanced and healthy diet. Fruits, veggies, you know the drill. Meat is very important, you can still have your steak, but don't go overboard. Try to follow the food pyramid. Also, a multi vitamin at the end of the day is a great idea.

10. Exercise. Play football, cricket, netball, yoga whatever! Go for a walk or a bike ride. Do it for 30 minutes a day.

11. Drink water. At least 8 glasses a day of water. You need to keep your body hydrated.

12. Protect your lips. The skin here is incredibly thin and prone to severe dryness, cracking, bleeding, and burning from exposure to the elements. That’s because the lips lack both oil glands to keep them naturally moist and melanin to provide protection against harmful UV rays. Regular application of lip balm with a hint of SPF once a day can help you avoid a life of being benched.

13. Quit Drugs, Smoking, Alcohol, etc. things to stay fit.

14. Manage your skin daily. Consistency can be key in terms of skincare, and so no excuses.
