Stop using any shaving products that comprise alcohol content and parabens as they tend to snatch off the the natural oils from the skin leaving it dry and sick.





9. Eat balanced and healthy diet. Fruits, veggies, you know the drill. Meat is very important, you can still have your steak, but don't go overboard. Try to follow the food pyramid. Also, a multi vitamin at the end of the day is a great idea.








10. Exercise. Play football, cricket, netball, yoga whatever! Go for a walk or a bike ride. Do it for 30 minutes a day.






11. Drink water. At least 8 glasses a day of water. You need to keep your body hydrated.






12. Protect your lips. The skin here is incredibly thin and prone to severe dryness, cracking, bleeding, and burning from exposure to the elements. That’s because the lips lack both oil glands to keep them naturally moist and melanin to provide protection against harmful UV rays. Regular application of lip balm with a hint of SPF once a day can help you avoid a life of being benched.


13. Quit Drugs, Smoking, Alcohol, etc. things to stay fit.
