Super Easy and Simple to Control Your Weight along with Eating Sweets and Desserts......!!!

Nowadays People are more aware about their health. They try all the possible things to prevent their body to become overweight and obese. However during marriages, parties and festivals we consume a huge amount of high calorie food. Hence we should try things  to control weight according to our diet or digest the food properly which we consume. 


Below are some important points that should be followed to control weight without affecting our health.

Proper Planning

1. If you had done heavy lunch in afternoon during any marriage functions then eat light dinner or food at night.


2. If you know that you are having dinner not at home or outside then eat light food during day time.



3. If you are not able to eat light food during day time then eat less in parties and functions.


4. If you cannot resist yourself from eating then do more Exercises and Walking. So that all the calories will burn out and no layers of fat will be formed.


5. Never go with an Empty Stomach in any parties because you will eat more there and you will gain weight rather than loosing.


Watch Portion

1. Party food contains large amount of Calories, Fat, Salt and Sugar. So Tight control on the portion is necessary.


2. Limit your Portion if you are consuming High Calorie Traditional Food.





Snack Smart

1. Eat snacks which are Roasted, Baked, Non-Fried and Non-Grilled.



2. If you don't like to eat snacks, then eat in small small portions.



3. If you eat heavy snacks then eat light diet. This will surely benefit you and weight will not increase.


4. Prefer Soups and Salads.



Desserts

1. The more you stay away from desserts the more you can control your weight.


2. Specifically stay away from Creamy and Fried Foods.


3. Whenever you want to eat sweets or desserts then eat with your Friends and Family.




4. Every desserts have different amount of Calories in them. Eat or select that one which have very less Calories.


5. Fruits and Fruit Salads are good option for all Sweets Lovers.



Minimize the usage of Sugar at Home

1. During Cooking at home or during preparation of Desserts at home use Natural Sweetener Stevia in substitute of Sugar or Artificial Sweeteners.



2. While Preparing Caramelized Sugar, Ice Creams and Kulfi you can use Natural Sweeteners along with Fruit Puree, Honey or Jaggery.




3. While Preparing Cakes, Cookies, Sweets, Yogurts and Milkshakes Prefer to use Dates, Figs, Apricots and Raisins to make them sweet.



Thus by taking a little care regarding Diet and Proper Planning of Diet you can decrease the amount of high intake of Calories, Easily Get Rid of Obesity and Stay Healthy.
