Exercises that can be part of your Daily Routine......

Don't getting enough time from your busy schedule to Exercise???



Here are some ways that can be part of your Exercise in your daily routine:

  • Take the stairs instead of the elevator when going up or down
  • When parking your car, park it far from the entrance so that it can promote walking
  • Devote some time to walk during lunch time
  • Walk to your office mate's desk instead of calling or chatting 
  • Every two hours of work have a break to do stretches and a few jumping jacks, it promotes blood circulation and keeps you awake.
  • Practice stretching or light yoga moves while talking on the phone listening to the news, or while dinner is cooking
  • Walk or jog with your dog
  • Playing catch with the kids or ask your kids to ride bicycle and you jog or walk along with them
  • Working in your garden
  • If your job involves walking, do it faster. The more you walk and the quicker your pace, the greater the benefits.


So take mini breaks throughout your work day for a little office exercise to build a stronger, healthier you!
