How much one should drink Water in the Morning for Best Results?

Drink 1.5 liters (5/6 glasses) of water immediately after waking up.
Avoid drinking or eating anything else for an hour before and after drinking the water.
Do not drink beverages that contain alcohol the previous night.
At first, you may have a hard time drinking 6 glasses of water at a go. However, it becomes easier as your body gradually becomes accustomed to the routine. When starting, you can slightly modify the routine as follows; consume 4 glasses of water, pause for about 2 minutes, then drink the remaining 2 glasses of water.

How much water should I drink?
At least 8-10 glasses a day. In summers you should have more.

Warm or cold?
Preferably water should be at room temperature. Try to avoid drinking cold water. Drinking luke warm water before bed and after waking up in morning is really good and beneficial.

Can I eat right away?
You should wait at least 15 minutes after drinking your water to eat.

But Remember drinking excessive amount of water can also lead to loss of sleep as people have to get up in the night to go to the toilet, and other studies show it can even cause kidney damage, instead of preventing it.
Taking on too much water can lead to a rare but potentially fatal condition called hyponatraemia, which sees the body’s salt levels drop and can lead to swelling of the brain.

So, just take a good amount of water a day so that you can live a healthy life.

So, if you haven’t already, go to the nearest water cooler and pour yourself a large glass of water; repeat this practice eight times a day for best results!
