A new creation of the burgers for burger lovers......BLACK BURGERS

Restaurants around the world have employed technology to turn a platter of food into a work of art i.e "BLACK BURGER".

But Burger King in Japan is taking food to another level.

The burger chain has introduced a new burger with black cheese and black sauce. The food products looked completely burnt.

The cheese resembles ink-dipped slices of cheese singles. But its really just cheese made with bamboo charcoal.
Beef and black pepper patty are other components of the burger.
The buns are made by kneading charcoal into the dough.

The chain started the Premium Kuro Burger (kuro means "black") in 2012, colouring the bread with bamboo charcoal and adding squid ink to the ketchup. Bamboo charcoal and squid ink are popular in japanese cuisine.

The chain is offering its customers two varities of the Kuro - the Pearl and the Diamond. The Kuro Pearl is filled with basic ingredients (cheese bread and sauce). The Kuro Diamond is spruced up with lettuce, tomatoes, and onions, which add a little color to the dark plate.
